Now iIn the midst of construction, the Munster Koach, that famed Munster mobile from the Hit TV series The Munsters, is in full production.

That famous hearse/hotrod combo is currently in Gotham Garage being built. As the photos prove, this Koach is a huge challenging build. From the stretched frame all the way up to the custom fenders, this classic film car is being researched and constructed piece by custom hand crafted piece by the master fabricator, Mark Towle.



This project of building a 1 to 1 scale replica of the Munster's Koach requires custom fabrication of nearly the entire vehicle. Heavy tubular construction mounted on an extended custom framing and the lack of a fiberglass body shell makes this build possible only by the most advanced and proficient car builder. Though a build of the Munster's Koach has been attempted before usually it would have to be done by several professionals.
