Problems with registration have developed. We are trying to resolve the issues asap with VBulletin. We will need to Upgrade our version of the software.

Spammers will be banned. The new upgrade will have improved spam blocking If you are a genuine Gotham Garage fan and you are having problems getting registered, or if you feel you have been banned unfairly please send an email to kory@gothamgarage.net stating your email, name, hometown, phone number and screen name so we can verify your authenticity before allowing your membership.

Unfortunately we may lose prior requests for membership doing the upgrade.

We hope to have the forum updated sometime in the coming week and all registration problems solved.

Well the spammers seem to be having a tough time of it. Note to spammers.... Why waste your time? We will ban you sometimes before you post and always after so just move on to a forum that might allow your ads to remain and make you some money. The admingg can delete your posts as fast or faster than it takes to register, confirm and post. If you post links to commercial crap like viagra, cialis, porn, anywhere in the forum or your profile we will be forced to ban you. Isn't it better if you moved on and spent your time and efforts somewhere else? We certainly hope so and request that you do so and thank you in advance for voluntarily moving on and not spamming us. You are more than welcome to register as well meaning members but only if you leave all the ads and links to unwanted material behind when you visit.

AOL Problems and Solutions
Potential Problems Using AOL Web Browser and Our forum

Unfortunately there is a problem with AOL web browser and our Vbulletin based forum. The main compatability problem seems to be login problems. It seems the AOL web browser does not know how to deal with the cookie and redirect session from the login page to the main forum correctly and therefore it will show you as logged out after you have logged in thus preventing you from be able to gain access to the forum.
Simple Solutions to this Problem
The 'Remember me?' box

Simply by typing in your username and password you have registered and then putting a tick/check mark in the "remember me?" box on the gotham garage forum logon screen will save your password and this seems to resolve the problem on the AOL browser.
Alternative Web Surfing Browsers

Many websites have compatability problems with the AOL browser and people using AOL to browse the web are often loosing out on many features of the web and sometimes completely unable to use a web site or major function of a web site because of AOL. The solution is to simply use another web browser such as internet explorer or firefox.

Read below for more information.
Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer is installed on all Microsoft windows operating systems. This web browser is fully compatible with our forum and website. You can launch Internet explorer via the following 3 methods.

1. Usually there is an icon as shown above on the desktop which can be clicked to launch this web browser.

2. If you do not see the icon on your desktop go to your start menu and select 'programs' or 'all programs' and locate internet explorer start icon in there.

3. Alternative you can go to start and select 'run' and copy and paste the following red text into your run box and then click on ok to launch internet explorer:- C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

Firefox Web Browser

An extremely popular and excellent web browser which is completely compatible with our forum is firefox. You can download it from here or by clicking the firefox logo picture. Most users of firefox never go back to using their old browser. Easy to use with great features. After installation a short cut to launching firefox web browser should appear on your desktop for quick and easy launch or alternatively you can launch it via going into your start menu and then programs and locating and launching it from there.

Problem Resolved?

Hopefully one of the suggested methods have resolved the problem for our AOL web surfing visitors trying to access our gothamgarage withdrawal and information support forum. See ya soon.
