mark we may have not spoken but other builders and myself stand behind you in your battle with DC. this is the same case as shelby vs factory five racing. and shelby was thrown out on his ear. and everyone seems to forget warner took barris to court for ownership of the number 1 and lost to barris. which proves barris owns the car and DC has no claim to it. greenway commssioned barris to build the car to avoid paying DC for using one of their comic designs of the car. dc never used the number 1 in a comic and if they did they would have needed barris permission. please fight on. if there is any info and something we can do let us know.
